Commander Williams is a UEO officer who lead the ashore party on Bridger's Island in 2018 CE.

She opens Nathan Bridger's bungalow just before he arrives, and becomes the target of Bridger's rebukes until Admiral William Noyce announces himself (DSV: "To Be or Not to Be").
